Heart of Living Yoga
Hatha Classes with Harshani Ma
Monday Evenings 6pm – 7.30pm (during term times)
Harshani Ma is fully qualified Heart of Living Yoga Teacher, International yoga Teacher Trainer and Heart Meditation Facilitator Trainer, with over 20 years of experience ~ teaching and sharing this Heart based Yoga and Heart Meditation practice to many souls along the way.
These Monday evening classes at Mill Farm Retreat are deeply nurturing and open to all abilities, with beginners and newcomers most welcome.
Heart of Living Yoga classes include connecting into your Spiritual Heart, Mantra Chanting, Yoga Asana (postures), Deep Relaxation through Yoga Nidra, Pranayama breathwork and Heart Meditation.
Energy exchange is £15 a class, with just small groups of upto 10 students in the beautiful setting of Mill Farm Retreat overlooking the fields and lake.

Serenity Sound Therapy
My signature sessions are the Floating Sound Bath (pool) and the Drum + Gong Full Body Sound Bath.
What is a Sound Bath?:
A relaxing experience where you lie down whilst listening to sounds from different instruments such as Gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes + more.
The frequencies from these instruments bring calmness, reduce stress and clears your mind. It is called a bath because you are bathed in vibrations + frequencies.
About my sessions:
All my main sessions are science-based to make it accessible to all.
No need to bring a yoga mat – i provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.

Our Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location (CL) site offers a peaceful countryside escape limited to five spacious pitches, ensuring an exclusive and relaxing stay. Set within the beautiful grounds of Mill Farm Retreat, the site is surrounded by open fields, woodland walks, and wildlife, the perfect setting for those who value tranquillity and nature.
Each pitch provides plenty of room to unwind, with easy access and modern facilities to make your stay comfortable.
Guests also have the unique opportunity to enhance their visit by enjoying the retreat’s additional features, including a heated indoor pool and a calming wellness studio.
Indoor Heated Pool
Tucked away within the retreat grounds, our heated indoor pool offers a serene space for relaxation and exercise. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the pool is bathed in natural light and with views of the surrounding countryside. The pool can be enjoyed as part of a class or during private personal / group reservation.
